This is a live, structured, online 21-day intensive designed for people who were raised in a narcissistic, controlling, emotionally immature, or chronically boundary-violating family and still feel the effects of that conditioning in adult life.

The intensive is focused on helping you identify old family rules, interrupt automatic responses, strengthen boundaries, rebuild self-trust, and begin establishing a healthier future trajectory.

Because your place is reserved immediately upon enrollment and access to the program materials and community is provided as part of the intensive,Ā you may request a refund within 48 hours of your purchase.

After that 48-hour window has passed, all sales are final and no refunds, rollovers, pauses, or transfers are available.
